本中心所有導師均經過嚴格考核並經由本中心駐校藝術家蔡崇力先生親自挑選。所有導師除需要持有本港或海外音樂學院的專業認可文憑資格外，更需具有豐富的教學經驗。 中心駐校藝術家會定期與導師們進行研討會，了解中心各學員的學習情況及進度，循加改進及編制適合每位學員不同特質的課程。而本著終身學習，鼓勵導師時刻增值，中心會安排專業藝術家為導師進行講座，進一步全面提高導師質素。

蔡崇力先生自小己深受其藝術家父母的熏陶，幼年時跟隨郭粵基及夏里柯學習鋼琴。曾獲英國皇家音樂學院頒授獎學金，赴笈海外；其後再獲岩士唐夫人獎學金，留學歐洲十一年，先後畢業於倫敦皇家音樂學院及日內瓦音樂學院，並獲頒授演奏第一獎及優異獎。師承克魯遜、希布倫及亞士圖夫（斯克里亞賓之門徒），後因獲得瑞士魯加諾電台獎學金，更得以有幾會與世界知名意大利鋼琴家米開朗基理學習。
蔡崇力曾與簫斯塔高維契、吉列兹、柯士圖、福村芳一等指揮家及瑞士羅曼管弦樂團、捷克布拉格室樂團、中國中央樂團及香港管弦樂團合作，美國匹玆堡亞洲音樂節、法國冬隆音樂節、瑞士巴赫音樂節和香港藝術節中演出。
蔡崇力歷年任教於香港大學、香港中文大學、香港浸會大學及香港演藝學院，並曾出任科技大學駐校藝術家。近年以五十多個不同講題於香港大會堂舉行了一百五十多場鋼琴演奏藝術講座，並曾灌錄英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目的鐳射唱片。
為深化其藝術領域，蔡崇力亦同時向指揮與作曲方面發展。1985－1986年間拜學於德國指揮大師卓理彼達基門下。他曾指揮費爾堡團、瑞士巴赫樂團及羅曼德室樂團，更創辦了香港交響樂團及香港愛樂管弦樂團，並拈擔任總監及指揮逾十年。蔡崇力亦曾與本地劇團合作，其中包括為話劇系列《香港三部曲》作曲及受香港舞蹈團委約，為《短篇舞劇》創作音樂。此外，他曾擔任黃河音團節籌委主席及總策劃，連同前中國中央合唱團與香港多個合唱團同台演出千人大合唱，觀眾人數超過三萬九千人。
蔡崇力近年來經常參與不同類型的演奏會，其中以「紀念荷路維兹」演奏會最具意義。為向這位音樂大師致敬，他特別選奏荷路維兹的心愛曲目，並用荷路維兹多年巡回演奏的史坦威俐琴表演。他亦經常與蔡一周－格拉塞三重奏及香港弦樂四重奏合作演奏室樂。
蔡崇力於1990年獲香港藝術家聯盟頒授「演奏家年獎」，於1998年獲香港(海外)文學藝術家協會頒與「當代演奏家–金龍獎」及於1999年獲美國紐約彼諾特國際鋼琴比賽中勇奪第一名。蔡崇力現任香港鋼琴音樂協會主席。
蔡氏對推動音樂文化事業不遺餘力，更多次被香港特區政府及國內多間音樂學院邀請作演出及交流。蔡氏更致力扶育音樂藝術界接班人，誠意推動音樂藝術普及化至各階層，以音樂美學教育淨化人心，締造祥和景象。 -
閻韻 Yim Wan小姐

閻韻出生於音樂世家，早年曾於香港演藝學院隨郭嘉特習琴。其後在美國歐柏林大學音樂學院及紐約茱莉亞音樂學院分別取得學士及碩士學位，師從莫尼克‧杜菲爾及傑羅米‧洛溫素。
閻韻於中國各地作頻繁演出，曾多次與廣州交響樂團，香港小交響樂團及香港中樂團合作擔任獨奏，也非常活躍於室樂表演，合作過的演奏家包括呂思清﹑錢舟及李垂誼等。閻韻近年所灌錄的唱片包括與香港中樂團合錄的中樂重奏系列。
閻韻現任教於香港演藝學院音樂學院以及香港中文大學音樂系。近年經常於本地及國內多個城市主持講座及大師班，並為多個青少年鋼琴比賽擔任評判，又樂於參與公益活動，於多個慈善籌款音樂會中獻藝，以及致力推廣古典音樂予新一代。
Yim Wan, growing up in a family of musicians, had her early study with Gabriel Kwok before attending the Conservatory of Music at Oberlin College and subsequently the Juilliard School of Music where she obtained her Master’s degree. Monique Duphil and Jerome Lowenthal were her greatest teachers in the United States.
Yim Wan has given recitals in various cities in Asia. Being an avid performer of chamber music, she has collaborated with many notable musicians including Lu Si-qing and Qin Zhou, and Trey Lee. She is also a frequent guest soloist with the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Sinfonietta and Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. Her recordings with traditional Chinese instruments have appeared in the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra chamber music albums.
Yim Wan is on the faculty of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has been serving as adjudicator for regional and national youth competitions and giving lectures and master classes. In addition of her numerous commitments, she has given strong support to various charity projects and educational programs. Sharing classical music around the world especially the youth is always her mission. -
周立松先生

周立松: 小提琴家。1986年擔任香港管弦樂團第一小提琴手,(more than二十年。)
他六歲開始學習小提琴。十一歲已公開演奏孟德爾松小提琴恊奏曲。早期隨北京中央音樂學院王振山教授學習。1981年至1984年考入香港音樂學院(香港演藝學院的前身),師承汪灑三,畢業 獲小提琴教學文憑。在校期間任校管弦樂團首席小提琴。1983年獲得全年最優秀學生獎, 並獲前香港港督The Lady Maclehose Prize大獎, 前往英國Dartington Music College進修學習。
1984年考獲香港政府提供的全額獎學金, 在英國倫敦著名喬凱音樂及戲劇學院深造,師隨歐洲著名小提琴教授David Takeno。畢業後獲得該校高級樂團訓練文憑及高級獨奏家文憑。在英國學習期間的室內樂團教師包括Erich Greunburg (倫敦交響樂團首席) ﹑英國室內樂團大提琴首席Charles Tunnel﹑四重奏成員Ian Jewel及鋼琴家Gordon Back等。
在英學習期間,他參加 Guildhall School Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orch. ,及現代音樂團等多個團體的演出。並參加YMSO﹑英國國家青年管弦樂團在倫敦所有主要音樂廳演出,包括Barbican Concert Hall, Royal Festival Hall及Royal Albert Hall。
周立松是一位經驗豐富的室內樂演奏家。在英國學習時, 已創辦了自己的絃樂四重奏樂團, 在英國多個城市舉行過個人演奏會, 包括伯明罕﹑倫敦﹑賈斯特和達靈頓等城市。 周立松畢業返港後, 考入香港管弦樂團, 擔任第一小提琴手。((year))(from1987年曾任教於香港演藝學院)。同年獲香港電台(RTHK4)邀請於香港大會堂劇院演出小提琴個人獨奏會。1990年任教於香港中文音樂系小提琴講師。
1993年與香港著名鋼琴家蔡崇力﹑美國大提琴家Larry Glazier創建了鋼琴三重奏; 1995 年起參加香港絃樂四重奏團; 1995年至2000年間在香港藝術節﹑澳門藝術節﹑廣東省多個城市及香港所有的大專院校及主要的音樂廳﹑香港電臺第四台及亞洲各大城市做定期演出, 參加演出室內樂及獨奏音樂會多達五十多場。獲香港科技大學邀請為駐校藝術家及獲香港電臺第四台邀請為駐台藝術家。後獲澳門政府邀請於澳門Clube Militar De Macau舉行音樂會。
2001年, 周立松於香港大會堂演奏廳舉行了個人獨奏會, 為香港慈善團體St. Barnabas' Society and Home而籌款。2001年,他代表香港管弦樂團參加福岡音樂節。2005年在香港創辦了周立松小提琴藝術中心Charles Art Studio, 從事音樂教育,。(2005-2006及2008年連續三年周立松小提琴藝術中心周年音樂會於香港大會堂演出)。2009年,於香港大會堂音樂廳, 周立松與鋼琴家蔡崇力合奏室內樂音樂會。
周立松現任教於香港浸會大學音樂系小提琴講師。
Chow Lap Chung began his violin studies at the age of six, and performed his first concert at the age of 11 with the Mendelssohn violin concerto. He spent his formative year with Mr. Wang Zhen Shan at the Beijing Conservatory of Music.
He studies with Thoms Wong at Hong Kong conservatory of Music. Chow graduated with Violin Teaching diploma and he own the Lady Maclehose Prize as the best student of 1983, he studies at Dartington Music College in UK.
In 1984, Chow won a scholarship provided by the Hong Kong Government to study with David Takeno at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London from which he graduated in 1986. His chamber music teachers were Erich Greunburg, Concertmaster of the London Symphony Orchestra, Charles Tunnels, Principal Cellist of the English Chamber Orchestra, lan Jewel of the Gabrieli String Quartet and the pianist Gordon Back among others. In the Guildhall School he formed a string Quartet and played with the Guildhall Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra and the Contemporary Ensemble. Furthermore, he was invited to be a member of the prestigious Young Musician Symphony Orchestra (YMSO) in UK, and performed in major Concert Halls in London, including the Barbican Concert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Royal Albert Hall.
Chow is an experienced recitalist and chamber musician. He performed widely in England, Hong Kong, Macau and China, and taught at the Dartington Music Festival in South London.
In 1986, Chow joined the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra as First Violin player, holding this position for over twenty years. From 1987 –1989, he was a lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and since 1990 teaches at the H.K. Chinese University. In 1993, Chow formed a piano Trio with pianist Choi Sown Le and cellist Larry Glazer, performing widely in Asia.
From 1995 – 2000, Chow became a member of the Hong Kong String Quartet which participated at the H.K. Art Festival, Macao Music Festival. Chow has also been a resident artist for RTHK (Radio4).
In 2001, he gave a violin recital at the City Hall with pianist Carol Yu for St. Barnabas’ Society and Home Charity Concert, and in the same year he represented Hong Kong at the Asian Friendly Concert in Japan.
In July 2005, Chow founded his own “Charles’ Art Studio” in Central Hong Kong, passing on over twenty years of performing experience to promising students. During 2005-2006 and 2008, Charles’ Art Studio’s students have performed annual concerts at the Hong Kong City Hall Theatre.
In 2008, Chow has been appointed as Violin Lecturer of the Music Department in Hong Kong Baptist University.
In 2009 at the Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall, Chow with pianist Choi Sown Le, cellist Laurent Perrin and violas William Lane performed Haydn, Beethoven Piano Trio, and Brahms Piano Quartet in G minor Op. 25 for the Chamber Music Concert.
